Amitabha (Amitava) Ghosh
Head, Nokia Standards and Strategy
Amitabha (Amitava) Ghosh (F’15) is a Nokia Fellow and works at Nokia Standards and Strategy. He joined Motorola in 1990 after receiving his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University, Dallas. Since joining Motorola he worked on multiple wireless technologies starting from IS-95, cdma-2000, 1xEV-DV/1XTREME, 1xEV-DO, UMTS, HSPA, 802.16e/WiMAX and 3GPP LTE. He has 60 issued patents, has written multiple book chapters and has authored numerous external and internal technical papers. He is currently working on 5G Evolution and 6G technologies. Recently, he was elected chair of the NextGA (an US 6G initiative) National Roadmap Working Group. His research interests are in the area of digital communications, signal processing and wireless communications. He is the recipient of 2016 IEEE Stephen O. Rice and 2017 Neal Shephard prize, member of IEEE Access editorial board and co-author of the books titled “Essentials of LTE and LTE-A” and “5G Enabled Industrial IoT Network”.

Benny is responsible for fixed wireless access business development for the Americas at Nokia. His focus is on the device portfolio that allows connecting everybody, everywhere at fast speeds. He has spent 15 years working at Nokia, from R&D to Product Management to Sales. He is passionate about wireless technology and all the innovation and value creation around it.

Christopher leads Nokia’s North American Digital Industries team focusing in the areas of Public Safety, Energy, Transportation, Manufacturing and Logistics.
In this role, he and his team of industry experts advance the adoption of technology to enable collaborative advancement in IR4.0 transformations. Leveraging Nokia’s broad and proven portfolio, Christopher applies key innovations in private-wireless connectivity, 5G, IoT, data analytics and AR/VR to create solutions for existing and emerging needs in the fast evolving world of Information and Communications Technology.
Senior Partner, Bell Labs Consulting
Claudio Saes is a senior partner at Bell Labs Consulting with 25 years in the IT and Telecom industries. Based in Dallas, he is responsible for the Webscale and Americas region customers. In this role he supports the confluence of hybrid clouds and telecom networks to optimize C-Suite strategies under a challenging market scenario. Before joining Bell Labs, Claudio worked in many roles in the industry, including engineering, planning, network design, professional services, new product introduction, application engineering and technical project management. He also specialized in complex project development, value creation and innovative business cases. Claudio is an expert in leading large scale strategy projects from an end-to-end perspective, meeting business requirements through product launch across multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams. He has detailed knowledge of technology and economics across most aspects of service providers such as delivery of products, solutions and partnerships. He is also experienced in multi-vendor integration/migration projects and technical project management, in fixed, wireless, IP, SDN and NFV.
Bell Labs Fellow
Head of North American Standardization, Nokia
Devaki Chandramouli is a Bell Labs Fellow and Head of North American Standardization at Nokia, responsible for standardization and external engagements in NAM. She serves as a Steering Group Co-chair in Next G Alliance. She serves as the rapporteur and lead for 5G System Architecture specification, Private Network, Industrial 5G in 3GPP SA2, received 3GPP Excellence award in 2021. Her current focus is on 6G architecture research, 5G-Advanced features such as XR services, Timing resiliency and URLLC enhancements. She has co-authored IEEE papers on 5G published by IEEE, co-authored a book on “LTE for public safety” published by Wiley in 2015 and co-edited the book on “5G for the connected world” published by Wiley in 2019. She has co-authored 200+ approved and pending patents in wireless communications. She received her B.E in Computer Science from Madras University (India) and M.S in Computer Science from University of Texas at Arlington (United States).

Dharmesh Tyagi has been working in the wireless industry for last 25 years, where he has taken various management and engineering roles with major wireless companies. Over the course of his career, Dharmesh has been involved in the building of countrywide broadband networks for commercial carriers and government/DoD/Federal/Public Safety and industrial segments around the globe. Dharmesh in his current role at Nokia Networks is responsible for development of Private Wireless for vertical industrial segments including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture and other government networks.

Pre-Sales, North America Market
As Head of Network Performance and Optimization, Pre-Sales, Dhruv is focused on providing guidance and support to the sales organizations and delivery units in the execution of a total Mobile Network Performance offering for Nokia’s customers in North America.
His previous role was Head of Sales for Radio Networks, North America , where he was responsible for sales and marketing activities for Radio Access Networks across Nokia’s Customers in North America. Dhruv has more than 2 years of international experience in network and transport infrastructure sales.
CTO and VP of the Cloud and Network Services
Jitin Bhandari is CTO and Vice President of the Cloud and Network Services (CNS) business group at Nokia. The CNS portfolio includes software solutions across core networks, orchestration, assurance, analytics & insights, security, private wireless (CSP and enterprise) and enabling 4G, 5G and IoT services for mobile, fixed and cable networks. Jitin leads software technology strategy and disruptive innovation for the mid & long-term horizon, accelerating transformation of networks, operations, analytics to cloud native, 5G and beyond. Jitin is known as a communications visionary with end to end expertise of networks, operations and services with a unique ability of big picture strategic focus and proven ability to deep dive and execute. Jitin has 20+ years of experience in the software/IT/telecom industry and is based out of Austin, TX.
VP of North American Partner Sales for Nokia Enterprise
Vikas Trehan is VP of North American Partner Sales for Nokia Enterprise based out of Dallas, TX. In this role he is responsible for growing Nokia’s Enterprise business through partners with focus on Campus Private Wireless and Network Infrastructure products. Vikas brings over 25 years of industry experience with nearly 15 of them in channel & alliance business. Prior to joining Nokia, he was SVP Global Alliances & Channels for InfoVista. He holds a Masters in Computer Science degree from North Carolina State University.
