Chris Pearson
president, 5g americas

Chris Pearson is the President of 5G Americas. In his executive role, he is responsible for the overall planning of the organization and providing management for the integration of strategy and operations in the areas of technology, marketing, public relations and regulatory affairs. As President of 5G Americas (formerly called 4G Americas), Mr. Pearson represents the organization’s Market Representation interests within the 3rd Generation Partnership Program (3GPP) organization.

President of Technology, T-Mobile

Ulf Ewaldsson is T-Mobile’s President of Technology and is responsible for the management and development of T-Mobile’s wireless network, the company’s information technology services, and technology operations.
Previously, Ulf served as executive vice president & chief network officer at T-Mobile during which he managed a nationwide team that builds, operates and maintains T-Mobile’s network, with the goal of providing an outstanding customer experience.

Scott Blake Harris
Senior Spectrum Advisor, Office of the Assistant Secretary, NTIA

Scott Blake Harris is the Senior Spectrum Advisor at NTIA. He represents the agency in its efforts to expand the use of spectrum to support the needs of federal agencies, consumers, and the commercial sector.
Scott has practiced law in Washington D.C. for forty-six years, and has extensive communications, energy, litigation, and national security law experience. He previously served in government as the General Counsel of the Department of Energy, as the first Chief of the International Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission, and as Chief Counsel for Export Administration at the Department of Commerce.
