Tom Keathley, Senior Vice President, Wireless Network Architecture & Design, is responsible for the architecture, design and delivery of AT&T’s mobility network as well as the wireless device requirements and certification.
Previously, he was Vice President - Global Network Planning, where he was responsible for the strategic planning of the Layer 0-7 Network as well as the Mobility Radio Access Network. Tom’s responsibilities included managing the multi-billion dollar capital budget utilized for the sustainment, capacity growth and expansion of the wireline and mobility networks.
Tom has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and served in a number of leadership roles in AT&T, Cingular, Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, Cellular One and Southwestern Bell Telephone. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Rolla, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
